Service Description
Dive into the art of Sushi-Making in this fun and hands-on class designed for Beginners! Students will learn how to prepare Sushi Rice, Slice Ingredients, and Roll their own delicious Sushi. We'll cover classic rolls like California and Veggie, with tips on customization to suit personal tastes. By the end, everyone will leave with the skills to create Sushi at home and impress family and friends. All materials are provided—just bring your enthusiasm for learning and your appetite! ***Discover Bamboo Sushi Rolling Mats conveniently available for purchase on our Product Page, ensuring you have the necessary tools for future creations. *** Participants will be standing for most of the class, so please wear closed-toe shoes and ensure long hair is tied back. This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. After class, each participant will take home the recipes they’ve mastered, ready to recreate and share their new cooking skills with family and friends.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once they’ve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
