The passion for cooking & baking came alive after I got married in 1992 to my fabulous hubby, Scott. Intrigued by new ingredients, I then buried my nose into cookbooks to expand my repertoire of recipes. To this day, I add new recipes to my rotation to keep the “fun” in the kitchen & “adventure” for our tastebuds.
In 2016, my daughter & I launched a baking business, aka Bucket List Cakes, so we could bake to travel. What an exciting adventure this has been and continues to be, in meeting amazing people along the way.
I truly believe that we taste first with our eyes since we judge the flavor by how the food looks. A little added surprise to a dish or décor to a table, can take a meal from mundane to exciting.
I am so grateful for a supportive husband & family whom all have an appreciation for foods in their simplistic form to very exquisite menus. I want to share how to have fun using our imaginations and creative skills to make mealtime memories delicious!
