Service Description

⚠️ Allergy Alert: Contains Nuts Get ready to bake the ultimate Fall treat! In this class, students will make a rich, moist Pumpkin Bread topped with a crunchy Pecan Streusel and finished with a drizzle of sweet Maple glaze. This recipe is packed with cozy Autumn flavors and makes the perfect shareable dessert for any gathering. Skills Students Will Learn: *How to properly measure and mix quick bread batter for the perfect texture *Tips for incorporating pumpkin puree without making the bread heavy *How to make and layer a buttery pecan streusel topping *Techniques for baking quick breads evenly and testing for doneness *Mixing and drizzling a simple maple glaze for a bakery-style finish Students will take home a loaf of their freshly baked pumpkin bread along with the confidence to recreate it at home for holiday celebrations. 🍂✨ Please ensure long hair is all tied back PRIOR to arriving in class. Participants will be standing for most of the class, please wear Closed-Toed shoes. This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. In each class, students work together in teams of two, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. As part of the experience, they'll make and enjoy some of the food they created during class. They'll also have the chance to take a portion of their creation home to share including the recipes, as the focus is on learning and practicing Culinary techniques.


Cancellation Policy

Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once they’ve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
