Service Description

Unlock the art of creating delicious and flavorful pasta sauces with our Pasta Sauce Mastery class! This hands-on course is designed for students who want to elevate their cooking skills and explore the world of homemade pasta sauces. Course Highlights: Introduction to Basic Ingredients: Learn about essential ingredients such as tomatoes, garlic, onions, and herbs that form the foundation of classic pasta sauces. Classic Marinara Sauce: Master the art of crafting a rich and savory marinara sauce from scratch. Understand the balance of acidity, sweetness, and umami to create a perfect tomato-based sauce. Creamy Alfredo Sauce: Dive into the creamy world of Alfredo sauce. Discover the secrets to achieving a velvety texture and irresistible flavor that pairs perfectly with fettuccine or your favorite pasta. Pesto Perfection: Unleash your creativity with the vibrant flavors of pesto. Learn variations using basil, spinach, or other herbs, along with nuts, garlic, and Parmesan for a burst of freshness. Students will be standing for most of the class. Please wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair pulled back. This is a drop-off program to allow the children independence in the kitchen. No rebates for missed classes. After the class, every participant will leave with the recipes they learned, prepared to recreate them at home and delight their loved ones with their newfound baking skills.


Cancellation Policy

Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once they’ve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
