Service Description
Discover the joy of making Fresh Pasta from Scratch and Creamy Perfection of Alfredo Sauce. Join us for a delightful Culinary experience that will bring the Flavors of Italy to your kitchen. What You'll Learn: Fresh Pasta Making: Learn how to make fresh pasta dough using simple ingredients. You'll master the techniques of kneading, rolling, and cutting pasta. Creamy Alfredo Sauce: Create a rich and velvety Alfredo sauce from scratch using fresh cream, butter, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Cooking Techniques: Discover the secrets to cooking fresh pasta to the perfect texture and combining it with Alfredo sauce for a delicious, comforting dish. Flavor Enhancements: Tips for customizing your Alfredo pasta with additional ingredients like chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, or spinach. Students will be standing for most of the class. Please wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair pulled back. This is a drop-off program to allow the children independence in the kitchen. No rebates for missed classes. After the class, every participant will leave with the recipes they learned, prepared to recreate them at home and delight their loved ones with their newfound baking skills.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens.
