Homemade Sweet Potato Gnocchi in Brown Butter Sage Sauce! In this hands-on class, students will learn how to make Tender, Pillowy Sweet Potato Gnocchi from scratch. The students will be guided through the process of preparing the sweet potatoes, forming the gnocchi, and cooking them to perfection. This class will also teach you how to create a Rich, Nutty Brown Butter Sage Sauce to elevate the dish, bringing together the flavors in a mouthwatering way. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to master the Art of Gnocchi-making and indulge in a delicious, comforting meal.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once they’ve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
