Service Description

Hawaij Coffee Cake is a moist, Spiced Cake infused with the warm, Aromatic flavors of Hawaij, a Yemeni Spice Blend traditionally used in coffee. This blend typically includes Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger, and Cloves, creating a Rich and Fragrant Cake. The Cake often features a tender crumb and can be topped with a Simple Glaze or Mascarpone for an added sweetness. Making this cake is a great Adventure in learning new Spice Blends, offering a delightful Exploration of Exotic Flavors and Aromas. Students will be standing for most of the class. Please wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair pulled back. This is a drop-off program to allow the children independence in the kitchen. No rebates for missed classes. After the class, every participant will leave with the recipes they learned, prepared to recreate them at home and delight their loved ones with their newfound baking skills.
