Join us for the Global Cooking Camp where your culinary adventure awaits! This unique camp is designed to take young chefs on a gastronomic journey across four diverse and flavorful regions. Day 1: Mediterranean Marvels: Explore the sun-soaked flavors of the Mediterranean, creating delicious dishes of Chicken Souvlaki & Greek Couscous. Day 2: Irish Inspirations: Delve into the hearty and comforting cuisine of Ireland, mastering traditional recipes of Chicken & Dumplings and Irish Soda Bread. Day 3: Caribbean Creations: Feel the vibrant tropical flavors and spicy rhythms of the Caribbean in Jerk Chicken w/ Pineapple Salsa & Grenada Spice Cake. Day 4: Journey to France: Discover the elegance and sophistication of French cooking, learning techniques that will elevate your culinary skills to new heights in making Ham & Gruyere Crepes & Asparagus w/ Tarragon & Chive Compound Butter. Each day at camp, you'll have the opportunity to cook and taste authentic dishes from these regions, expanding your palate and culinary repertoire, an experience filled with delicious discoveries! Students will be standing for most of the class. Please wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair pulled back. This is a drop-off program to allow the children independence in the kitchen. No rebates for missed classes. After the class, every participant will leave with the recipes they learned, prepared to recreate them at home and delight their loved ones with their newfound baking skills.
