This camp is perfect for young bakers who love decorating and want to learn professional cake-making and decorating techniques. Students will make a delicious Biscoff cake layered with creamy Biscoff filling and finished with White Chocolate Buttercream. The cake will be transformed into a beautiful Fall Tree, complete with a Buttercream Tree Trunk and handmade Chocolate Leaves in gorgeous Autumn colors. 🍰 Day 1: Bake & Design Students will bake their Biscoff cake layers from scratch, learn how to properly level their cakes, and prepare them for freezing. While their cakes chill, students will begin planning the design of their Fall Tree Cake, including the colors and placement of their decorations. 🍁 Day 2: Build & Create Students will assemble their cakes and apply a crumb coat to create a smooth foundation for decorating. They will then make their own freehand Chocolate Leaves in a variety of beautiful Fall colors, learning how to work with chocolate to create delicate decorative pieces. 🌳 Day 3: Frost, Decorate & Photoshoot The final day is all about bringing their vision to life!
