Take your taste buds on a Culinary Journey with a flavorful dish inspired by the vibrant spices of Global Cuisine! In this hands-on cooking class, students will learn how to create Coconut Curry Chicken Meatballs served over fluffy Rice — a comforting meal featuring tender homemade chicken meatballs simmered in a rich, creamy coconut curry sauce. Students will learn how to prepare and season ground chicken, shape perfectly tender meatballs, and build layers of flavor using aromatic ingredients and warming curry spices. They will discover how coconut milk transforms simple ingredients into a silky, flavorful sauce that pairs beautifully with the savory meatballs and perfectly cooked rice. This class is a wonderful introduction to international flavors while building essential cooking skills. Students will leave with the confidence to recreate this restaurant-inspired meal at home and explore the exciting World of Global Cuisine. ✨ Skills Students Will Learn: • Safe knife skills and kitchen techniques • Preparing and shaping homemade meatballs • Balancing spices and flavors in curry dishes • Building flavor with aromatics and seasonings • Creating a rich coconut curry sauce from scratch • Cooking rice for the perfect texture • Plating and presenting a complete homemade meal A delicious adventure filled with bold flavors, comforting textures, and the joy of creating a global-inspired dinner from scratch! 🌏🥥🍚 Class Guidelines: *Please ensure long hair is all tied back PRIOR to arriving in class. *Participants will be standing for most of the class, please wear Closed-Toed shoes. *This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. *Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. In each class, students work together in teams of two, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. As part of the experience, they'll make and enjoy some of the food they created during class. They'll also have the chance to take a portion of their creation home to share including the recipes, as the focus is on learning and practicing Culinary techniques.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once they’ve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
