🥛Dairy-Free Option at Registration Bright, fresh flavors meet comforting classics in this Citrus Glazed Pork Tenderloin and Roasted Potatoes cooking class. Students will learn how to prepare a tender, juicy Pork Tenderloin finished with a vibrant Citrus glaze made from fresh orange, grapefruit, and light savory seasonings for the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory. Students will also prepare oven-roasted potatoes, learning proper cutting techniques, seasoning, and roasting methods to achieve crispy golden edges and fluffy centers. This class focuses on building confidence with proteins, oven timing, and creating a complete, well-balanced dinner. Skills Covered: *Proper trimming and preparation of pork tenderloin *Searing and oven-finishing for juicy, tender results *Building a balanced citrus glaze using fresh juice and zest *Knife skills for evenly cut potatoes *Roasting techniques for crispy, flavorful potatoes *Timing multiple components of a meal A fresh, Spring-inspired Dinner that’s elegant enough for guests but simple enough to recreate at home. 🍊🍽️ Class Guidelines: *Please ensure long hair is all tied back PRIOR to arriving in class. *Participants will be standing for most of the class, please wear Closed-Toed shoes. *This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. *Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. In each class, students work together in teams of two, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. As part of the experience, they'll make and enjoy some of the food they created during class. They'll also have the chance to take a portion of their creation home to share including the recipes, as the focus is on learning and practicing Culinary techniques.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once they’ve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
