Service Description
In this hands-on cooking class, students will learn how to create a Restaurant-level Breakfast that looks impressive and tastes even better. From rich, golden Stuffed French Toast to crispy, seasoned Breakfast Potatoes, this class is packed with essential cooking skills and delicious results. Students will work step-by-step to build a complete brunch-style meal while learning techniques they can use again at home. In this class, students will: 🍞 Make Restaurant-Style Stuffed French Toast *Prepare a smooth, flavorful custard for dipping *Learn proper soaking techniques for soft centers and golden edges *Make a sweet, creamy filling *Cook French toast on the stovetop to the perfect texture *Finish with toppings for a beautiful presentation 🥔 Prepare Roasted Breakfast Potatoes *Practice knife skills while safely dicing potatoes *Season potatoes for balanced flavor *Learn oven-roasting techniques for crispy outsides and tender insides *Understand timing and multitasking in the kitchen Throughout the class, students will build confidence with stovetop cooking, oven roasting, flavor balancing, and plating. They’ll see how simple ingredients can be turned into a meal worthy of their favorite brunch spot. Perfect for students who love breakfast foods and want to level up their kitchen skills! Class Guidelines: *Please ensure long hair is all tied back PRIOR to arriving in class. *Participants will be standing for most of the class, please wear Closed-Toed shoes. *This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. *Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. In each class, students work together in teams of two, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. As part of the experience, they'll make and enjoy some of the food they created during class. They'll also have the chance to take a portion of their creation home to share including the recipes, as the focus is on learning and practicing Culinary techniques.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once they’ve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
