Service Description

Calling all budding bakers! Join our fun and interactive baking basics class designed for students to learn the essentials of baking and create delicious treats from scratch. This class will cover the basics of baking, including measuring ingredients, mixing, and baking times. Menu: 1). Sugar Cookies: Learn how to make the classic cookie dough from scratch and decorate cookies with frosting and sprinkles. 2). Pretzels: Made from a simple dough made of flour, water, yeast, and salt, which is rolled into a thin rope-like shape and twisted into the traditional pretzel shape. The pretzels are then boiled in a mixture of water and baking soda, which gives them their distinctive brown color and chewy texture. Then topped with additional salt or other flavors like sesame seeds, cinnamon sugar, or cheese. After the class, every participant will leave with the recipes they learned, prepared to recreate them at home and delight their loved ones with their newfound baking skills.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens.
