Service Description
Join us for a Fun and Engaging 3-day Culinary Camp where students discover the vibrant world of Japanese Street Food. From savory Dumplings and sizzling Noodles to Sweet Treats and refreshing Brown Sugar Boba drinks, each day brings new skills, flavors, and creativity in the kitchen. π₯ DAY 1: DUMPLINGS & COMFORT FAVORITES Gyoza (pan-fried dumplings) Miso soup Students learn how to fold dumplings, cook them to crispy perfection, and prepare a comforting bowl of miso soup. A perfect introduction to Japanese flavors and techniques. π DAY 2: NOODLE SHOP FAVORITES + MILK TEA BOBA BAR Yakisoba (Japanese stir-fried noodles) Build-your-own Brown Sugar Milk Tea Boba Students master stir-fry techniques while also building their own trendy brown sugar boba drinks, learning how tea, milk, and caramelized sugar come together. π§π‘ DAY 3: STREET SNACKS FINALE Onigiri (savory rice balls) Hanami Dango (sweet rice dumplings) Students finish the camp by shaping, cooking, and assembling iconic Japanese street snacks. β CAMP HIGHLIGHTS *Hands-on cooking every day *Popular Japanese street foods students love *Learn real kitchen skills and techniques *Trendy Brown Sugar Boba drink experience *Take-home items each class Students will build confidence while learning authentic techniques, working with new ingredients, and creating dishes theyβll be excited to share at home!
Cancellation Policy
Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once theyβve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
