Service Description

In this workshop, students will learn how to Create an Array of Charming and Tasty Holiday Appetizers: an adorable Igloo Cheeseball, cream cheese Penguins, festive Pinwheels, and Peppermint Bark Popcorn. IGLOO CHEESEBALL: Delve into the art of forming and adorning a cheeseball to resemble a snowy igloo. Learn the techniques for shaping, covering, and presenting this whimsical centerpiece appetizer. CREAM CHEESE PENGUINS: Discover the process of transforming cream cheese into adorable penguin-shaped appetizers. Learn to craft these charming and edible creatures, complete with creative details. FESTIVE PINWHEELS: Explore the creation of pinwheel appetizers using puff pastry and adding festive fillings. Learn how to roll, slice, and bake these eye-catching savory delights. PEPPERMINT BARK POPCORN: Unveil the secret to making a sweet and salty popcorn treat, drizzled with melted chocolate and sprinkled with crushed peppermint candy. Students will be standing for most of the class. Please wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair pulled back. This is a drop-off program to allow the children independence in the kitchen. After the class, every participant will leave with the recipes they learned, prepared to recreate them at home and delight their loved ones with their newfound baking skills.


Cancellation Policy

Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once they’ve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
