September 8: Lasagna from Scratch: Layers of Flavor 🍝 In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make fresh Pasta dough from scratch and roll it out into Noodles perfect for layering. We’ll explore the Art of building a delicious classic Lasagna with rich Meat sauce, Ricotta filling, and cheeses. From mixing and kneading the dough to assembling the final dish, you will experience the full process of making lasagna from the ground up—just like Nonna would! September 22: Earl Grey Baroque Shortbread Cookies Delicate, fragrant, and elegantly simple—we will create beautiful Earl Grey–infused Shortbread cookies inspired by European tea time. These Baroque-style cookies blend buttery richness with the citrusy warmth of Earl Grey tea. The class will learn how to properly cream, shape, and bake shortbread, and we’ll add a decorative flair using Baroque-style impression mats to make each cookie a mini masterpiece. Perfect for a tea party or thoughtful gift! Please ensure long hair is tied back Prior to arriving in class. Participants will be standing for most of the class, please wear closed-toe shoes. This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. In each class, students work together in teams of two, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. As part of the experience, they'll make and enjoy some of the food they created during class. They'll also have the chance to take a portion of their creation home to share including the recipes, as the focus is on learning and practicing Culinary techniques.
