Discover the magic of creating a Restaurant-Worthy Meal with just One Pan! In this hands-on culinary class, students will learn how to make the viral favorite Marry Me Chicken & Orzo — a comforting, flavorful dish that combines tender Chicken, creamy Orzo pasta, and a delicious blend of Herbs and savory ingredients. Students will learn how to build layers of flavor by properly seasoning and searing chicken, creating a rich sauce, and cooking orzo until perfectly tender. They will explore how simple ingredients like garlic, herbs, Parmesan cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes come together to create a meal that is both elegant and approachable. This one-pan recipe is perfect for learning how to create a complete dinner from scratch while mastering techniques that can be used in countless other dishes. Students will leave with the confidence to recreate this impressive meal at home for family and friends. ✨ Skills Students Will Learn: • Knife skills and safe kitchen techniques • Proper seasoning and searing techniques for chicken • Building flavor through aromatics and herbs • Cooking pasta and grains to the perfect texture • Creating a creamy pan sauce from scratch • One-pan cooking techniques for easy cleanup • Plating and presentation for a beautiful meal A cozy, delicious, and confidence-building class where students learn that amazing homemade dinners can come together in one pan! 🍅✨ Class Guidelines: *Please ensure long hair is all tied back PRIOR to arriving in class. *Participants will be standing for most of the class, please wear Closed-Toed shoes. *This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. *Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. In each class, students work together in teams of two, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. As part of the experience, they'll make and enjoy some of the food they created during class. They'll also have the chance to take a portion of their creation home to share including the recipes, as the focus is on learning and practicing Culinary techniques.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once they’ve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
