Monday, March 9th: Tim Tams In this exciting advanced baking class, students will learn how to recreate the iconic Australian Cookie — Tim Tams — completely from Scratch! This is not your average chocolate cookie… we’re leveling up the flavor by using Malt Powder to give these treats that classic, rich, authentic taste that makes Tim Tams so special. Students will: *Make crisp, chocolate malt biscuits from scratch *Whip up a smooth, creamy chocolate filling *Learn how to sandwich and assemble their cookies like pros *Practice chocolate dipping techniques to coat their cookies in a silky chocolate shell. Monday, March 23rd: Creamy Lemon Butter Chicken In this flavorful cooking class, students will prepare a comforting yet fresh dinner featuring tender Lemon Butter Chicken served over perfectly cooked Rice. This dish teaches classic cooking techniques while highlighting how simple ingredients can create big, balanced flavor. Students will learn how to: *Properly season and pan-sear chicken for a golden, flavorful crust *Build a rich, creamy lemon butter sauce from scratch *Balance acidity and richness for a well-rounded dish *Cook fluffy rice using correct water ratios and timing *Practice stovetop safety and temperature control. Class Guidelines: *Please ensure long hair is all tied back PRIOR to arriving in class. *Participants will be standing for most of the class, please wear Closed-Toed shoes. *This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. *Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. In each class, students work together in teams of two, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. As part of the experience, they'll make and enjoy some of the food they created during class. They'll also have the chance to take a portion of their creation home to share including the recipes, as the focus is on learning and practicing Culinary techniques.


Cancellation Policy

Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens.
