Service Description
🥛Note: Dairy-free option is available as an Add-On at registration. Students will cozy up in the kitchen while learning to make classic Italian Wedding Soup from scratch! In this hands-on class, they’ll prepare tender mini meatballs, simmer a flavorful broth, and finish the soup with pasta and greens for a comforting, well-balanced dish. Along the way, students will practice essential kitchen skills such as mixing and shaping meatballs, safe knife skills, sautéing aromatics, and building layers of flavor. This class encourages teamwork and confidence while introducing students to a timeless soup that’s both hearty and wholesome. Skills Learned: *Mixing and shaping meatballs *Knife safety & basic chopping *Sautéing and simmering *Soup assembly & seasoning A cozy, comforting class full of tradition, flavor, and fun! 🍲🇮🇹
Cancellation Policy
Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once they’ve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
