Service Description
Say goodbye to store-bought pasta shells and discover the art of making Manicotti the Traditional Italian way—with light, delicate homemade crepes! In this hands-on class, students will learn to make tender Crepes from scratch and fill them with a savory, Cheesy Ricotta mixture. We'll cover how to properly roll and bake the Manicotti to perfection, finished with a Marinara sauce and a generous topping of melted cheese. This traditional twist on a classic comfort dish is as fun to make as it is to eat! Perfect for students who want to build confidence in their culinary skills and learn something new and delicious. ⚠️ Vegetarian-friendly. Please ensure long hair is tied back PRIOR to arriving in class. Participants will be standing for most of the class, please wear closed-toe shoes. This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. In each class, students work together in teams of two, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. As part of the experience, they'll make and enjoy some of the food they created during class. They'll also have the chance to take a portion of their creation home to share including the recipes, as the focus is on learning and practicing Culinary techniques.
