Service Description

Get ready to recreate some of the most iconic Girl Scout Cookie Flavors—completely from scratch! In this three-day, hands-on Baking Camp, students will learn classic baking techniques while mastering homemade versions of their favorite treats. Day 1: Thin Mints Magic We’ll kick things off with a fan favorite—Thin Mints! Students will make a crisp chocolate cookie base, then learn how to properly coat with a smooth mint chocolate finish. Along the way, they’ll explore techniques like rolling dough evenly, baking for the perfect snap, and achieving that signature glossy coating. Day 2: Samoa (Caramel Coconut) Creations Day two is all about building layers of flavor and texture as students create Samoa-style cookies. They’ll bake a buttery Shortbread base, toast Coconut, and make a rich Caramel topping before finishing with a Chocolate drizzle. This day focuses on timing, texture, and assembling bakery-style cookies. Day 3: Lemonades Shortbread Stamped Cookies For our final day, students will make bright and buttery Lemonade Shortbread Cookies, using Cookie Stamps to create beautiful designs. They’ll learn how to properly flavor dough with citrus, achieve clean stamped impressions, and finish with a light lemon glaze for the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Each student will receive a Lemon Cookie Stamp to take home, so they can recreate these beautiful cookies again and again. Throughout the camp, students will strengthen essential baking skills such as measuring, mixing, dough handling, baking techniques, and decorative finishing. Each student will leave with a box of their homemade cookies to share and the confidence to recreate these favorites at home. Class Guidelines: *Please ensure long hair is all tied back PRIOR to arriving in class. *Participants will be standing for most of the class, please wear Closed-Toed shoes. *This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. *Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. In each class, students work together in teams of two, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. As part of the experience, they'll make and enjoy some of the food they created during class. They'll also have the chance to take a portion of their creation home to share including the recipes, as the focus is on learning and practicing Culinary techniques.
