Service Description
Unleash your inner chef in "Crepe Crafters: Homemade Manicotti Magic," a unique cooking class where you'll learn to create delicious manicotti using delicate crepes instead of traditional pasta. This hands-on experience will guide you through the art of making savory crepes and rich fillings, transforming simple ingredients into a classic Italian favorite. What You'll Learn: Crepe Crafting: Master the technique of making perfectly thin and tender crepes, ideal for wrapping around savory fillings. Savory Fillings: Prepare a rich and creamy ricotta and spinach filling, enhanced with fresh herbs and spices to bring out authentic Italian flavors. Sauce Preparation: Learn how to make a vibrant marinara sauce from scratch, balancing acidity and sweetness to complement the manicotti. Assembly Techniques: Discover the secrets to filling and rolling your crepes, ensuring they hold together beautifully when baked. Baking and Finishing: Perfect the art of baking manicotti to a golden finish, with bubbling cheese and fragrant herbs. Students will be standing for most of the class. Please wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair pulled back. This is a drop-off program to allow the children independence in the kitchen. No rebates for missed classes. After the class, every participant will leave with the recipes they learned, prepared to recreate them at home and delight their loved ones with their newfound baking skills.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens.
