Service Description
Get ready for a Comfort Food Favorite with a Homemade Twist! In this savory, hands-on class, students will learn to make Sloppy Joes from scratch—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly messy on a toasted bun. No canned sauce here—we’ll teach how to build flavor using real ingredients and spices. On the side, we’re baking up a batch of crispy, seasoned Jojo Potato Wedges—golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and the perfect partner to a saucy sandwich. Students will practice knife skills, skillet cooking, seasoning techniques, and how to get that crispy texture without deep frying. A classic meal made from scratch and served with a smile! Please ensure long hair is tied back Prior to arriving in class. Participants will be standing for most of the class, please wear closed-toe shoes. This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. In each class, students work together in teams of two, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. As part of the experience, they'll make and enjoy some of the food they created during class. They'll also have the chance to take a portion of their creation home to share including the recipes, as the focus is on learning and practicing Culinary techniques.
