Service Description
Celebrate the Sweetness of Fall in this hands-on workshop where students will learn how to make rich, golden Homemade Caramel from scratch—and use it to create Gourmet Caramel Apples! We’ll be making: 🍏 Apple Pie Caramel Apples – dipped in warm caramel, then coated in cinnamon sugar and crushed graham crackers. 🔥 S’mores Caramel Apples – layered with chocolate, graham cracker crumbs, and mini marshmallows for a gooey campfire twist. 🎬 Students will also watch a live demonstration on how to make Homemade Caramels from scratch, learning about candy temperatures, safety, and techniques. Students will: 🍯 Make and stir their own batch of stovetop caramel while learning about candy temperatures, safety, and texture 🔪 Cut and package their homemade caramels to take home 🍏 Dip and decorate Gourmet Caramel Apples with Fall-inspired toppings This class blends creativity with classic Fall flavors and introduces students to the world of candy-making—all while having fun and getting hands-on in the kitchen.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once they’ve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
