Service Description
Roll up your sleeves and dive into the Delicious World of Sushi with a Fun Twist! In this class, students will create savory Baked Salmon Sushi Cups—a bite-sized treat inspired by classic sushi flavors. Learn how to season and flake tender baked salmon, prepare sushi rice, and assemble everything into crispy nori-lined cups. Top them off with creamy sriracha mayo and fresh garnishes for a flavorful finish. To sweeten the experience, students will also make Matcha Brownie Mochi (Brochi) —Chewy, Fudgy Matcha Brownies: It's like a brownie, but with that slightly gummy glutinous texture on the inside that we love in Mochi. The exterior is slightly crisp (especially when eaten fresh from the oven). Perfect for sushi lovers and dessert enthusiasts alike, this hands-on class delivers big taste in a small package! Participants will be standing for most of the class, so please wear closed-toe shoes and ensure long hair is tied back. This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. In each class, students work together in teams of two, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. As part of the experience, they'll make and enjoy some of the food they created during class. They'll also have the chance to take a portion of their creation home to share including the recipes, as the focus is on learning and practicing Culinary techniques.
