Buckle up, young Chefs — we're hitting the Road on a Culinary Adventure across America! Each day, we'll make classic comfort foods inspired by the flavors and towns along the legendary Route 66. Get ready for a week packed with hands-on cooking, baking, and lots of tasty pit stops! 🌭 Monday: State Fair Favorites Kick off our journey with Homemade Corn Dogs and creamy Mac 'n' Cheese — the ultimate All-American comfort foods! 🥧 Tuesday: Midwest Magic Bake a sweet and savory Cheddar Cheese Apple Pie — a surprising and delicious classic from the heartland. 🍽 Wednesday: Southern Hospitality Whip up buttery Biscuits and rich sausage Gravy — a warm, hearty staple from the South. 🌵 Thursday: Desert Delights End our road trip with sweet and tangy Prickly Pear Lemon Bars, a bright treat inspired by the Southwest! 🎉 Come hungry for adventure — and leave with skills, memories, and a taste of America’s greatest road trip! Cancellation Policy
Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once they’ve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
