April 8: Sauce Masterclass: Elevate Your Fish & Chicken ~ Take your cooking to the next level by mastering Five Incredible Sauces that will transform simple Fish or Chicken into something Spectacular! We will learn... 🍷 White Wine Butter Sauce – A rich and velvety sauce perfect for seafood or chicken. 🌿 Tarragon Cream Sauce – A smooth, herb-infused sauce with a hint of elegance. 🔥 Chipotle Crema – A smoky, spicy, and creamy sauce with a touch of heat. 🍋 Lemon Dill Sauce – A bright and zesty complement to light, flaky fish. 🥒 Dill Pickle Tartar Sauce – A tangy, crunchy twist on the classic seafood pairing. Your team will get to taste and pair these sauces with prepared fish and chicken, learning how to balance flavors and textures for restaurant-quality meals at home! April 22: Layers of Delight: Homemade Baklava ~ Crispy, Buttery, and drenched in sweet Honey Syrup—learn the Art of making Baklava from Scratch! In this class, you will layer delicate Phyllo dough with a rich, spiced Nut filling, then bake it to golden perfection. This classic Mediterranean dessert is a delicious balance of Crunch, Sweetness, and Spice! 🍯✨ ***Note: This recipe contains Nuts. $120 Per Student Per Month (2 Classes) Participants will be standing for most of the class, so please wear closed-toe shoes and ensure long hair is tied back. Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. In each class, students work together in teams of two, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. As part of the experience, they'll make and enjoy some of the food they created during class. They'll also have the chance to take a portion of their creation home to share including the recipes, as the focus is on learning and practicing Culinary techniques.


Cancellation Policy

Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens. Sick Student Policy: Students should stay home if they or any family members are experiencing symptoms of illness, only returning to class once they’ve been well and symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This precaution supports a healthy environment for all students and staff.
