December 1st: 🍫❄️ Peppermint Bark Brownies Get ready for a festive, chocolatey hands-on baking experience! You will learn how to make rich, fudgy brownies and transform them into a holiday treat with layers of peppermint bark. Skills Learned: *Bake moist, chocolatey brownies from scratch *Learn how to make peppermint bark with chocolate and crushed candy canes *Layer and decorate brownies with the peppermint bark for a stunning finish Bring your creativity and your sweet tooth—these peppermint bark brownies are sure to impress! 🍫❄️✨ December 15th: 🍫 Chocolate Bon Bons Get ready for a hands-on, Chocolate-Filled Adventure! You will learn how to make gourmet Chocolate Bon Bons from scratch, filled with a variety of delicious flavors and beautifully molded for a professional finish. Menu: Raspberry Ganache Bon Bons — rich, fruity, and silky smooth Peanut Butter Fluff Bon Bons — creamy, sweet, and nutty Coconut Cream Bon Bons — light, tropical, and indulgent Skills Learned: *Techniques for using chocolate molds and filling them perfectly *Decorating tips to make each bon bon look as good as it tastes. This class is perfect for those who love chocolate, enjoy hands-on creativity, and want to master sweet, sophisticated techniques in the kitchen. 🍫✨ Please ensure long hair is all tied back PRIOR to arriving in class. Participants will be standing for most of the class, please wear Closed-Toed shoes. This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. In each class, students work together in teams of two, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. As part of the experience, they'll make and enjoy some of the food they created during class. They'll also have the chance to take a portion of their creation home to share including the recipes, as the focus is on learning and practicing Culinary techniques.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our need to purchase food and supplies in advance, we are unable to provide refunds once a class is booked. You may receive a credit toward another class if notified a week prior to the date of your registered class. You are welcome to send someone in your place to attend the class that you've purchased. The Art of Food reserves the right to cancel a class. Registrants will be notified by email or phone as far in advance as possible and will issue a credit for upcoming classes. Please review class information carefully. We cannot be responsible for allergies, food or other sensitivities that may be unique to an individuals medical condition. Please note our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and may contain nut products and other potential allergens.
